Why is Lilly not on sale on the website but is on sale in stores?
Lilly Corporate has a strict policy of only having a twice a year After Party Sale on any websites.These sales are announced via social media, emails, and texts through our loyalty program. If you would like to shop the sale in our stores but do not live in the area please either DM us or call the store to shop over the phone. All of our locations are listed under "our locations" at the bottom of our site.
What's your return policy on Sale items and discount coupon special items?
All Sale items and discount code items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. All Sale items marked as priced and items that used a discount code or discount rule implied to the total of your sale are FINAL SALE.
What's the fastest way to checkout during the sale?
For your convenience you can create an account beforehand. Please sign up for our loyalty program to ensure you receive any additional discounts through our point system. You'll enter your name, email address, and shipping information. Be sure to enter a valid US shipping address that can accept packages for up to 2 weeks after the sale. I just placed an order, but I want to change a size or color. How can I do that?
Changes or amendments can be made to orders that have already been placed but again we ask you double-check your order thoroughly before you confirm your purchase to avoid any issues. Call us, DM or email us to change anything within 2 hours of your order.
I had an item in my cart, but it disappeared! What happened?
Just because an item is in your cart does not mean it is reserved. You must completely check-out and pay before the product is yours and unavailable to other shoppers. Due to high volumes of orders, inventory availability is not guaranteed.
How long will it take for my order to process and ship?
Due to a high volume, orders could take 2 weeks to ship. Demand during the After Party Sale is very high - we work day and night to get your new goodies out the door, but please be patient! You will receive an order confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our store. We promise—it will be well worth the wait!We primarily use UPS.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes! If you are local and would like to pick up your merchandise in store, select STORE PICKUP during your checkout.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box, Military or Puerto Rico address?
I placed an order and realized I wanted something else. Can you send my two orders together?
We are careful to try and find the orders that match up by name but if it is placed too far apart in time they will ship separately.
